Project Overview Built for Bramley Homes a modern four bedroomed house, traditional block build, with high spec.

Barn Conversions

Project Overview A dilapidated workshop and old goat shed were transformed into two new dwellings. One four bedroomed house clad in featheredge larch and adjoining annex built with the original yellow brick. The other dwelling a timber frame wrapped around the old goat shed and clad in TG&V Western Red Cedar and locally sourced natural stone. Both benefiting from a shared wood pellet boiler.

Kingsteignton

Bovey Tracey

Project Overview A pair of bungalows for local developers, Bramley Homes SW. Three bedrooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms with a mix of render and western red cedar cladding.

Holsworthy

Project Overview A four bedroomed timber framed home, with extensive excavations, retaining wall and landscaping. Heating provided via a ground source heat pump and underfloor heating on all three levels. The house has also been fitted with luxury bathrooms, kitchen and also benefits with heat recovery and ventilation system for greater energy efficiency. Brickwork mixed with TG&V Western Red Cedar cladding, high spec timber windows and slate roof.

Perranworthal

Project Overview For this development of a former foundry we supplied all high quality timber doors and windows for the refurbishment of the foundry and new works on site. All bespoke windows with various flush and storm casements, curtain wall windows, sliding doors, front doors with glazing bars and features to exacting specifications.

Salcombe

Project Overview A modern spacious detached timber frame house located on an elevated position in Salcombe with fantastic sea views. Approximately 3500 sq W, this site required extensive excavations and three tiers of retaining walls to provide the platform for the dwelling. Five large bedrooms all with en-suites and each with wet room showers, underfloor heating throughout, modern kitchen and all fixings. Oak staircase, doors and woodwork.
